Shipping

**All orders are updated with tracking or delivery confirmation numbers.  You will receive an e-mail with this information once your order has shipped**

We strive for the fastest turn-around time possible.  With rare exception, all orders ship between one and three business days after the order is placed (UPS Ground does not operate on Saturday or Sunday).

Within the U.S.:
     All guitars, basses, amplifiers, and speaker enclosures ship via UPS Ground.
Depending on the size and weight of the package, all other orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  

Outside the U.S.:
     All shipments going outside the U.S. ship via UPS Expedited or UPS Standard to Canada.

A Note on International Shipments:
      All Customs/Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  We do not pay these fees and have no control over them.  Please contact your local postal authority to determine how these charges are calculated in your country.  All items shipped outside the U.S. will have the selling price as the declared value.  We are not able to declare retail merchandise as a "gift", "sample", etc...
